You don't need any sandboarding experience at all. They managed to teach me in record time, and they reckon they can teach most people the basics in about 15 minutes.

All you need is a good attitude, lots of sunscreen, and you'll be carving down those dunes in no time. And don't worry about fitness levels, as long as you're reasonably active, you'll be fine.
